Policy

Warranty
Delta Scientific Online, DSO, warrants all repairs against defects in
material and workmanship for 90 days from the original repair date.
The warranty will be void if the equipment has been subjected to
unusual physical or electrical stress, or has been tampered with by
the customer or a third party without the prior consent of DSO. DSO
will, if available, repair such items on a best-effort basis at its
current T&M rates.

Liability
DSO makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to any
products or services sold or information delivered or provided to
you, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, and DSO shall, under no circumstances, be
liable for consequential or incidental damages. DSO's liability to
you the client shall in no event exceed the amount of the sold
individual product or individual service.
